Prepped at Golden Valley High, where he lettered three times in baseball and basketball ... was all-conference in basketball, as a captain, and MVP and all-district in baseball ... coached by Scott Hague ... recruited by Arizona, Santa Clara, Pacific, Fresno State, and San Diego.
