Before BYU

Prepped at Londonderry High where he lettered three times in football and once in basketball...was team defensive player of the year...all-state, all-area, and honorable mention All-America by USA Today...was honorable mention all-area in basketball...coached by Tom Sawyer (Ithaca College).

Other College

Attended Snow College in 1994-95...led team in fumble recoveries

1998 | Freshman Year

Saw limited action as a backup during his sophomore season...recorded two tackles on the season, including one assisted and one unassisted tackle.

1999 | Sophomore Year

Participated in spring drills saw action on special teams and as a backup at linebacker in 10 of 11 regular-season games as a junior recorded seven tackles, including five unassisted and two assisted tackles.

2000 | Junior Year

Participated in spring drills recorded four tackles for the Blue team in the Blue/White scrimmage. Played in seven games for the Cougars.
