Started for the junior varsity as a walk-on.

1977 | Sophomore Year

Had nine unassisted tackles at UTEP and six tackles at CSU.

1978 | Junior Year

Started the first half of the season ... had four pass deflections against Arizona State

1981 | Senior Year

Was a starter ... had nine tackles and a pass interception for an 18-yard TD against Utah ... had a 34-yard interception against Air Force ... had an interception at Long Beach State.
