Before BYU

Helped lead Mesa HS to a 12-3 record and a trip to the 5-A state quarterfinals ... a first-team offensive and defensive all-state selection as a senior .. recorded 34 receptions for 500 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior ... defensively, produced five interceptions.
