Born 3/1/71 in Torrance...parents are Billy and Florence...served a mission to Auckland, New Zealand...recruited by Arizona, Hawai'i, Nebraska and USC...majoring in sociology.

Before BYU

Graduated from Carson High...lettered in football and threw the shot put in track...led team to a state championship...second team All-America, USA Today...coached by Gene Vollnogle (Pepperdine).

1989 | Freshman Year

Played on junior varsity.

1993 | Sophomore Year

Special teams player of the game against Air Force...was the starting deep snapper on special teams all season.

1994 | Junior Year

Had a great tackle following a punt against Utah State...was the backup center and did most of the deep snapping...selected as coaches' player of the game (special teams) against Colorado State.

1995 | Senior Year

Alternated at guard and center in spring drills...improved tremendously and should be starting center.
