Started at corner...had a pass interception in each of the first three games, including one in the endzone against UCLA...led the team with five interceptions and seven pass deflections...defensive back of the game vs. UCLA, Temple, Colorado State, Utah State and Utah.

1986 | Junior Year

First-team All-WAC...honorable mention All-America, AP...had two interceptions, one being a 36-yard return for a TD vs. Utah State which broke open a close game...defensive back of the week vs. Utah State and Oregon State.
