2005-2006 | Junior Year

  • The only male qualifier for the NCAA National Championships
  • Broke the BYU and MWC 50 free records with a time of 19.62 achieved during prelims at the NCAA National Championships placing 12th overall
  • Earned second-team All-America honors for his performance in the 50 free
  • Placed 29th in the 100 free with a time of 44.12 at NCAA's
  • Earned a season- and personal-best in the 100 free at Mountain West Conference Championships with a time of 43.84 achieved in prelims where he placed fourth overall
  • Won the 50 free MWC Championship title with a time of 19.76 at finals, and 19.69 during prelims
  • Garnered Swimmer of the Week honors three times for the MWC
  • Anchored the 200- and 400-medley relay teams that both placed second at MWC Championships with times of 1:28.82 and 3:17.94, respectively
