Indoor

  • Set personal records in the 3000 meters and 5000 meters with times of 8:08.49 and 14:13.94 at the Iowa State and the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Invitational
  • Took 13th place overall at the MPSF Championships for the men's team

Outdoor

  • Set a personal best of 8:48.22 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational, claiming sixth place overall
  • Set a new personal record in the 5000m with a time of 14:01.91 at the Mt. SAC Relays and qualified for regionals
  • Qualified for and participated in the NCAA championships where he placed 17th overall in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 8:56.39
