2000-T&F: finished fourth in the indoor mile (4:21.07) at the ISU Multi-Dual...finished eighth in the mile with a 4:23.23 time at the Mountain State Games...finished eight in the mile with a 4:32.09 at the MWC Indoor Championships ...ran the 3,000m steeplechase in 9:21.55 for a fourth-place finish at the Cal Poly Invitational...ran 9:07 in the 3,000m SC at the Stanford Invitational...finished seventh in the 3,000m SC at the Hayward Relays in 9:19.09.

2000-CC: covered four-mile course at BYU Triple Crown in 20:49... third team finisher and 20th overall at Utah State Invitational.

2001-T&F: placed first at USU Indoor Invitational in 3000m (8:49)...won steeplechase at Fila Twilight Classic in 19:01...won USATF Southern Cal Championships and New England Championships in steeplechase.

2001-CC: finished 8K course at Roy Griak Invitational in 25:34...covered 10K course at NCAA Mountain Regional in 32:58.
