Earned four letters in cross country and track at Provo HS ... won Utah 4A state titles in cross country and track as a junior and a senior ... won eight state championships in track ... received the Wendy's High School Heisman Award ... all-state Athlete of the Year in high school cross country sophomore and senior years and in track her junior and senior years.



2001 | Redshirt Year

Redshirted the season.

2002 | Freshman Year

Finished second at the Great American Festival in 17:57.1 ... first team finisher at Pre-Nationals, finishing sixth overall with a time of 20:23 ... won the MWC Championships, completing the 6k course in 20:55.2 ... finished third at Mountain Regional in 20:33 ... led the team to victory at the NCAA Championships, finishing second on the team and sixth overall with a time of 19:56.1 and was awarded All-American honors.

2003 | Sophomore Year

Opened her season at Pre Nationals placing 55th with a time of 21:35 ... placed fifth at the NCAA Mountain Regionals in 21:09.2 ... earned NCAA All-Mountain Region Honors ... competed in NCAA Championships placing 13th in 20:14.5 ... earned All-America honors for the second time in her collegiate cross country career.
