Parents are Brian and Jeanne Johnson...married to Joseph Johanson...likes reading, water and snow skiing, hiking, camping, crafts, music, doing scrapbooks and being with friends and family...majoring in athletic training.

Coached by Steve and Sharon Bailie-Pigot at Bailies Gymnastics in Salt Lake City...1992 Utah State Level Eight all-around, beam, bars vault champion and regional beam champion...1993 Level Nine State third-place all-around finisher and Regional sixth-place finisher...National Honor Society member...Presidential Academic Fitness Award winner...prepped at Alta High and competed for the Bailies Gymnastics Club.

walked on to the team as a beam specialist and earned a scholarship by the end of the year...scored a season-best 9.75 on beam after earning a spot in the lineup midway through the season.

one of BYU's steadiest beam performers...missed only three routines all season...scored career-best 9.85 on beam...stepped into the floor lineup when injuries hit and scored a career-best 9.65 twice ... 1998 and 1999 team captain.

competed on beam and floor ... set career high on floor with 9.850 ... scored season-high 9.775 on beam three time
