Before BYU

  • Attended medical school at the Université de Montréal for a year
  • Graduated from College Beaubois and College Gerald-Godin (C.E.G.E.P.) in Quebec
  • Trained at Club de gymnastique Laval Excellence
  • Had the same coach for her 15-year career
  • Competed at the senior open level
  • Finished second in team, third on vault, fifth on floor and 12th on bars at the 2002 Canadian National Championships
  • Placed third in the all-around, first on vault, second on floor, fourth on team and third on bars at the 2002 Quebec Championships
