Before BYU

Academic All-Star at Viewmont High School...1996 and 1997 high school team MVP...1997 Female Athlete of the Year at Viewmont...two-time region champion in 100 breast...holds district record in 100 breast...1996 and 1997 Utah State 5A runner-up in 100 breast...holds school record for 100-yard breast, 200 medley relay and 400 free.

1997-1998 | Freshman Year

WAC finalist and Senior National qualifier in 100 breast...swam fourth-fastest time in BYU history in 100 breast.

1998-1999 | Sophomore Year

Led the team in breaststroke...swam second-best BYU times in both 100 and 200 breast...swam on 200-medley relay team that took third at WAC Championships...fourth in WAC in 100 breast...WAC finalist in 200 breast...qualified for Senior Nationals. 1999-2000: NCAA All-American in 100 breast...four-time Olympic Trials participant.

Cougar Club Scholar Athlete...finished 25th in the 100 breaststroke at NCAA Championships...MWC champion in the 100 breaststroke (1:02.34), setting a new conference and BYU record...finished in fifth-place in the 200 breaststroke at the conference championships...seventh-place finish in the 200 IM at the MWC Championships...set a new BYU record as a member of the winning 200-medley relay team (1:42.53) at MWC Championships...set a new conference and BYU record in winning as part of the 400-medley relay team (3:46.09) at the MWC Championships...won three individual events during regular season competition.
