Orem High swim team Rookie of the Year as a freshman and Swimmer of the Year for each grade from sophomore through senior years...four-year all-region and all-state...1994, 95 and 96 Utah State 5A backstroke champion and state runner-up in 1997...earned All-America consideration in 100 back, 1996...swimming for the Orem/Timpanogos Aquatics Club, set Utah State records in the 15-16-year-old girls 200-meter and 200-yard backstroke events.
