  • Placed second in the 400m and first in the 4x100m relay at the Junior World Championships in Moscow in 1998
  • Placed second in the 400m at the 2000 Junior World Championships in Chile in 2000 with at time of 52.78
  • Third place in the 400m and second place in the 4x400m relay at the under-23 European Championships in 2001
  • Placed second in the 4x400m relay at the 2002 Indoor European Championships in Wien, Austria
