  • Prepped at Chaparral High School
  • Holds the Chaparral record for the pole vault at 12'00".00
  • A four-time Region champion, a three-time Scottsdale champion, a three-time Arizona State Champion and was captain of the track team as a senior
  • Coached by Nick Hysong, the 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist in the pole vault
  • Member of National Honor Society

2011 | Freshman Year


  • Opened BYU career with a fourth place pole vault finish at the BYU Indoor Invitational (3.65m)
  • Cleared 3.50m in the pole vault at the Snake River Open, Jackson's Invitational and New Balance Invitational
  • Took fourth at the Wildcat Indoor Open in the pole vault (3.65m)


  • Won the pole vault at the Stanford Invitational after clearing 3.60m
  • Took third at the Trojan Tri-Meet in the pole vault (3.55m)
  • Placed fourth in the pole vault at the Robison Invitational (3.45m)
  • Ended season with a career best mark of 3.80m in the pole vault at the BYU Twilight Meet

2012 | Sophomore Year


  • Began the season with a third place finish in the pole vault (3.65m) at the BYU Indoor Invitational 
  • Finished sixth in the pole vault with a jump of 3.55m at the Blue and Orange Opener
  • Jumped 3.60m in the pole vault at the Cherry and Silver Invitational and the Mountain States Games
  • Cleared a season best height of 3.70m in the pole vault at the Air Force Invitational 
  • Ended the season with a second place pole vault finish at the Weber State Indoor Meet with a jump of 3.65m 


  • Tied for second with teammate Diane Perry during the UVU Invitational with a height of 3.75m
  • Finished fourth during the BYU-USC-Boise State Tri-Meet with a jump of 3.57m
  • Jumped for 3.63m during the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational finishing 10th overall
