Before BYU

Competed for Taiwan in the 1984 Olympic Games...took second in javelin at the 1985 Asian Track and Field Championships...set a Taiwan javelin record with a throw of 188-01.50...placed second in the 1987 Bangkok Games in the javelin...placed seventh at Asian Track and Field Meet in 1987.


Three-Time NCAA Outdoor All-American: 1987 (Javelin), 1989 (Javelin), 1991 (Javelin)

1987 | Freshman Year

Earned All-America honors by placing fourth in the javelin at the NCAA Championships (171-10.00)...HCAC javelin champion, earning All-HCAC honors...placed 12th at TAC Nationals in the javelin.

1988 | Sophomore Year

HCAC javelin champion, earning All-HCAC honors.

1989 | Junior Year

Placed fourth at the NCAA Championships with a javelin throw of 175-08.00, earning her second All-America honor...HCAC javelin champion, earning All-HCAC honors...named Cougar Club Scholar/Athlete.
