Before BYU

  • Competed in the 400-meter hurdles for a USATF team, placing first at the state championships and a five-state regional meet
  • Placed 11th at Nationals in the 400-meter hurdles


PERSONAL BESTS: 60m hurdles- 9.79; 200m- 26.95; 400m- 58.49; 800m- 2:18.46 

2010 | Freshman Year


  • Began BYU career at the BYU Indoor Invitational, placing 19th in the 60m hurdles (10.12)
  • Ran a season-best 200m at the Bengal Shootout, finishing 34th in 26.95
  • Competed at the Bronco Invitational, finishing tenth in the 400m (59.33) and 24th in the 60m hurdles (9.79)
  • Ran season-best time of 58.81 in the 400m at the Mountain States Games, placing second
  • Finished season at the Air Force Invite, placing tenth in the 400m in 59.35

  • Finished 1st in the 800m (2:10.89) and was the lone Cougar to win a middle distance event during the BYU Robison Invitational
