Before BYU

  • Lettered four years in both cross country and track at Borah HS
  • Team captain and MVP
  • Regional Jr. Olympic Champion
  • Record holder in the 200m for District III
  • State Champion in the 4x400m and the 4x200m relays
  • Received the Silver "B" award for academics
  • National Honor Society member

2005 | Sophomore Year


  • Placed fourth in the 60m at the BYU Indoor Meet with a time of 8.27
  • Competed in the 200m (27.69) and 400m (1:04.08) at the Boise Invitational
  • Ran the 400m in 1:01.87 at the Mountain State Games


  • Took sixth in the 100m at the Arizona State Invitational with a time of 12.99
