  • Named Phoenix Women's Sports Association Junior College Scholar-Athlete of the Year at Paradise Valley Community College
  • Earned Academic All-American honors in cross country in 2002 and 2003 and indoor and outdoor in 2003 and 2004

Other College

  • As a freshman at Paradise Valley Junior College, she took 19th at nationals in cross country, seventh in the 1000m and the 1500m at nationals
  • As a sophomore, she took sixth in XC Nationals, second in the distance medley, sixth in the mile, and won the 3000m steeplechase at nationals

  • Finished the mile at the Boise Invitational in 5:21.66
  • Placed sixth in the mile at the Mountain States Games with a time of 5:23.41
