  • Won the NJCAA individual national championship while leading Ricks College to the team title in 2000

2005 | Junior Year

Won the 5000m at the UTEP Springtime Invitational in 18:22.75 ... ran a season-best 34:32.28 to finish 15th in the 10,000m at the Cardinal Invitational ... finished second in the 10,000m at the MWC Outdoor Championships.

Ran the 10,000m in 33:34 at the Stanford Invitational ... ran the 5k in 16:19 at Mt Sac ... won the 5k at the Moutain West Conference Championships ... ran the 1500m at the BYU Invitational in 4:41 ... named Scholar Athlete by the Student Athlete Academic Center.
