  • Born in Cleveland, Ohio
  • Parents are Russ and Cindy McAdams
  • Father placed fourth and fifth for the nation in wrestling for BYU in 1967 and 1968, respectively at 137 pounds
  • Uncle Mike also wrestled for BYU from 1967-70 and was an All-American
  • Sister, Christy, scored the first 10.00 for BYU Gymnastics in Spring of 1992, brother, Josh was an All-American, ran track for BYU from 2004-06, finished third in the 3,000M steeplechase at the U.S. Olympic Trials and went on to represent the United States at the 2008 Olympic Summer Games in Beijing, China
  • Enjoys sand volleyball, snowboarding, rock climbing, watching movies, reading, bowling and dancing
  • Majoring in business marketing

  • Prepped at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School
  • Competed in both cross country and track
  • Four-time Division I State qualifier
  • Selected as a four-time team MVP in cross country and a three-time team MVP in track
  • Cross country team won the Ohio Division I State Championship title in 2008 .
  • Named the Wendy's Heisman Award winner
  • Placed eighth at the Ohio State Championships in the 1600-meter race
