Club: Played for the Players Volleyball Club for four years (1999-2002) ... qualified for nationals in Salt Lake City in 2001 and 2002 ... team finished ninth in 2001 and was USA Junior Olympic Volleyball Champions (under-18) in 2002 ... Junior Olympic All-Tournament Team (2002) ... traveled to Russia to compete in the Moscow-Utah Games with Cougar teammate Kim Wilson as part of USA Volleyball High Performance Team in summer 2003 ... coached by Dave and Lori Richards.

2004 | Freshman Year

Played in 28 of BYU's 30 matches and 92 of 113 games ... earned BYU Mizuno Classic All-Tournament honors in just her second week of collegiate volleyball after leading the Cougars in kills and aces ... led the team and finished fourth in the MWC in kills per game with 3.40 ... totaled 313 kills, second on the team, 71 digs, 57 blocks and 22 aces during her freshman campaign ... set career highs of 19 kills, nine digs, five blocks, five aces and a .722 hitting percentage ... led BYU in kills 11 times and hitting percentage twice ... reached double-digit kills in 15 of the Cougars' 30 matches recipient of the 2005 Cougar Club Crowd Pleaser award.

2005 | Sophomore Year

Played in all 29 matches for the Cougars and 107 of 109 games ... named All-Mountain West Conference after ranking second in the league in kills per game with 4.05, a mark eclipsed only by teammate Chelsea Goodman ... season totals included 433 kills, 11 assists, 24 aces, 201 digs and 55 blocks on .222 hitting ... 1.88 digs per game was fourth on the team and 0.51 blocks was fifth ... recorded seven double-doubles on the year while leading BYU in kills 15 times, digs twice and blocks and hitting percentage once ... posted double-digit kills in 26 of BYU's 29 matches, reaching 20+ kills four times, and recorded double-digit digs in seven matches ... named to the Buckeye Classic All-Tournament Team after recording 22 kills against Duke and 19 against then-No. 14 Ohio State, helping BYU defeat both teams to take home the title ... served 11 straight points in game three against Air Force, pushing a 10-7 lead to 21-7 ... posted a career-high seven blocks against UNLV while adding 18 kills and 11 digs ... notched a career-best 13 digs at Utah and again against UNLV in the Mountain West Conference Tournament ... put down a career-high 24 kills against Pepperdine in the NCA Tournament.

Received American Volleyball Coaches Association West All-Region Honorable Mention after switching from the outside to the rightside in the offseason ... also named All-Mountain West Conference after finishing the year third in the MWC in points, fourth in kills and ninth in blocks ... averaged 3.82 kills per game, 2.16 digs per game and 1.10 blocks per game while totaling 381 kills, 18 assists, 23 aces, 218 digs and 108 blocks on .238 hitting in 29 matches ... second on the team in kills and aces and third in blocks ... led the Cougars in kills nine times, hitting percentage five times and blocks four times ... BYU was 5-0 when she paced the Cougars in attack efficiency and 4-0 when she led the team in rejections ... recorded 10 double-doubles on the year while reaching double-digits in kills 23 times, in digs on eight occasions and in blocks twice ... topped the 20-kill mark in four matches and tallied at least 10 blocks twice ... missed two matches due to a back injury ... named MVP of the UCF Fall Invitational after recording double-digit kills in all three matches and posting a season-high .556 hitting percentage against Stetson ... also named MVP of the BYU Molten Classic after leading BYU with 20 kills in a four-game win over then-No. 4 Stanford, earning MWC Player of the Week honors ... notched a career-high 26 kills against Colorado State including three straight to give BYU a 15-11 game-five win ... posted a career-high 14 blocks at Wyoming, tying the MWC record for individual block assists in a match set by Cougar Lindsey Metcalf in 2002, while adding 20 kills and coming one dig shy of her first triple-double.

Received her second American Volleyball Coaches Association West All-Region Honorable Mention accolade while also being named All-Mountain West Conference ... finished her BYU career with 1,513 career kills, sixth all-time in Cougar history and third in the MWC ... was third on the team as a senior with 3.33 kills per game as a senior while adding 2.41 digs and 0.91 blocks per game and hitting .208 in 31 matches ... tallied double-digit kills in 24 matches while topping the 20-kill mark twice ... also notched double-digit digs in 12 contests, including two matches with 20 or more digs, to post 12 double-doubles on the year ... recorded double-double in the first three matches of the year and in six of the final nine contests ... finished her career with 29 double-doubles ... led BYU in kills six times, blocks four times and digs three times ... the Cougars were 6-0 when paced in kills by Lott ... named to the BYU Molten Classic All-Tournament Team after ranking third for the Cougars in kills, digs and blocks on the weekend ... matched her then-career high with 15 digs in BYU's win over No. 10 Wisconsin while tallying a double-double with 16 kills ... led BYU with 22 kills, including three in game five, in the Cougars' incredible five-game comeback win at San Diego State to record the program's 1000th all-time victory ... paced the Cougars with a season-high 23 kills at Weber State ... tied for team-high honors in kills at both TCU (15) and New Mexico (12) ... had a match-high 18 kills and 11 digs against San Diego State followed by 10 kills and a career-best 20 digs against No. 25 UNLV ... topped that mark one week later with 21 digs at UNLV in the semifinals of the MWC Tournament ... hit .339 with 3.75 kills per game in BYU's first and second round NCAA Tournament matches to help the Cougars advance to the Regional Semifinals for the first time since 1998 ... posted 17 kills and 12 digs in a five-game upset at No. 6 Washington.
