The Top Performers of the Week feature highlights the top athletes of each sport currently in play. Check back each week to see which athletes are standing out in Cougar sports.

Blake Torgerson, 6-5, 215, Sophomore, Westminster, California

Sophomore pitcher Blake Torgerson threw a complete nine-inning game to beat New Mexico, 13-5, throwing 121 pitches, but didn't register a single strikeout.

Kristin Delahoussaye -- Softball -- Freshman -- Las Vegas, Nevada

Freshman Kristin Delahoussaye hit to home runs in as many days against Utah. During the first game Delahoussaye led off the seventh inning with a homer to keep the Cougars within one run of Utah. The momentum of her hit resulted in a scoring rally that Gave BYU the win. In BYU's second game against Utah she knocked another leadoff homer in the top of the seventh inning, this time to tie the game. The two homers were only her fourth and fifth of the season. Overall Delahoussaye went 3-for-8 with four walks.
