Thursday's Hero - Trey Larson

The third-oldest child in his family, Trey was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in January of this year. He was admitted to Primary Children’s Medical Center where he underwent surgeries for port placement in his chests, spinal taps, rounds of chemotherapy and blood transfusions.

Thursday's Hero - Brigham Larkin

Brigham was born with down syndrome and with a hole in his heart, keeping him in the hospital for the first three months of his life. Despite a difficult beginning, Brigham has fought his entire life to never let anything stand between him and his dreams.

Colorado State Pregame Fireside

Thank you to everyone who came out to last week's pregame fireside at the Fort Collins Stake Center.

Sophomore inside linebacker Brandon Ogletree was the first speaker of the night. He shared an experience he had while serving in the Chile Concepcion South Mission.

Originally from Wisconsin, 27-year-old Sam Harrison is a huge BYU football fan. Married for five years, he and his wife have a two-and-a-half year-old son.

UNLV Pregame Fireside

The traditional pregame fireside was a little different this week as the team visited the Slate Canyon Youth Detention Center. The format was the same, with talks by tight ends Mike Muehlmann and Marcus Mathews, and head coach Mendenhall.

Thursday's Hero - Mark Farnsworth

Born in Emmett, Idaho, Mark has always been a very independent, strong-willed individual, evident as he learned to walk by 7-1/2 months. When he was five he began having seizures and was diagnosed with epilepsy.
