PROVO, Utah—BYU athletes descended on Trinity Mission Health and Rehab Thursday for a night of music and dancing in their annual Valentine’s dance.

“I just love music and dancing,” said BYU running back Michael Alisa. “It’s a blast and obviously it feels good because you’re helping other people feel good. I love seeing other people smile.”

The athletes took time out of busy schedules to mingle, talk and dance with the residents through the evening.

Alisa recalled one resident who wasn’t interested in dancing, but drew him into a conversation about the past BYU football season.

“He was really talkative,” Alisa said. “He sure loves talking football, and I have no problem with that.”
