BYU assistant coach Mark Pope, filling in for head coach Dave Rose, started the Coach's Show with a look at last week's games for BYU against Eastern New Mexico at home and Baylor on the road. The Cougars defeated the Greyhounds 95-62 and fell to the Bears 79-64.

Pope broke down the Eastern New Mexico victory, highlighting Tyler Haws' performance and other players off the bench who were able to contribute quality minutes. Haws finished the game with 19 points to lead all players.

"When we're attacking, we're really good. When we're rushing the ball and scoring at a consistent pace, we're unbeatable and that's really when we're at our best."

BYU's second game of the week, on the road against Baylor, was also broken down with Pope highlighting the Cougars' play in the first half and acknowledging improvements the team will look to make throughout the rest of the season.

Coach Pope finished the show by previewing BYU's upcoming opponents, talking about BYU's rebounding game and exploring how the rest of the West Coast Conference teams are shaping up through the regular season.
