BYU vs. Weber State preview

The BYU men’s basketball team (6-3) is looking for its first true road win tonight when they play at Weber State at 7 p.m. MST live on BYUtv.

The Cougars are coming off a thrilling 61-58 win over rival Utah in the Deseret First Duel. 

Against the Utes, Matt Carlino led all players with a season-high 19 points while going 5 for 10 from behind the arc. Tyler Haws and Brandon Davies also sccored in double digits on 14 and 11 points, respectively. 

Weber State is currently on a three-game winning streak and looking to defend its 20-game home winning streak, the fourth longest streak in the country. 

Three players scored in double figures for the Wildcats as they beat UC Irvine 65-51 in their last outing for a 4-2 record on the year. 

The Wildcats went 25-7 last season, finishing the year in the second round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament with a loss to Loyola Marymount.
