Senior walk-on Craig Cusick hit the buzzer beater in BYU's 70-68 win over Utah State just a few hours after finding out his father had been diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer can affect everyone, and certainly the BYU basketball team is no exception. BYU head coach Dave Rose is a cancer survivor, surviving a cancer scare in June of 2009.
