BYU vs. Hawai'i fourth quarter summary

Fourth Quarter Summary

BYU continued its rushing domination in the fourth quarter, rushing 70 yards to Hawai’i’s 23.  The Cougars finished with 540 total yards and 396 rushing yards. With a score of 47-0, the game was BYU’s first shutout since 2009. All touchdowns were scored by underclassmen.

Player Standouts

Paul Lasike scored the only touchdown of the fourth quarter.

Ross Apo led the team with 27 receiving yards and Jamaal Williams led the game with 155 rushing yards. Taysom Hill finished with two touchdowns, 143 rushing yards and 112 passing yards.


Lasike recorded his second touchdown of the night, rushing one yard into the end zone, bringing the score to its final 47-0.
