BYU vs. Boise State

Tonight's game will mark the fourth meeting between Boise State (5-2) and BYU (5-2), with the Broncos leading the series 3-0. Last year, the Cougars fell 7-6 in a hard fought defensive battle in Boise, Idaho. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:06 p.m. MDT and will be broadcast on ESPN.

Both BYU and Boise State are two of the winningest programs since 2005 (the start of the Bronco Mendenhall era). Boise ranks No. 1 with 98 wins and BYU comes in at No. 12 with 79 wins during that period. The two teams are also among the nations leaders with most wins against a BCS opponent by a non-automatic qualifying BCS school since 2003. BYU is second with 16 wins and Boise State is fourth with 10.
