Sorensen, Friel competing in East-West Shrine game on Saturday

2014 EAST-WEST SHRINE GAME ON NFL NETWORK SATURDAY, JANUARY 18 AT 4 PM ET

Defensive back Daniel Sorensen and tight end Kaneakua Friel will represent BYU in the 2014 East-West Shrine game on Saturday. Sorensen and Friel are among 58 players invited to compete for the West squad in the annual college football all-star contest pitting East vs. West.

The NFL Network provides coverage of the annual East-West Shrine Game at 4 p.m. ET (2 p.m. MT) from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Play-by-play announcer Paul Burmeister is joined in the booth by analysts Mike Mayock and Charles Davis, while Daniel Jeremiah provides reports from the sidelines.

Later this month Cougar fans can also watch All-American linebacker Kyle Van Noy and record-breaking receiver Cody Hoffman as they particate in the Senior Bowl on Jan. 25 in Mobile, Ala.
