Live from the KSL 5 TV studios, BYU head coach Dave Rose recapped last week's games against Gonzaga and LMU. The Cougars fell to the Bulldogs 70-65 at home and defeated LMU 73-70 on the road.

Senior walk-on Craig Cusick hit the buzzer beater in BYU's 70-68 win over Utah State just a few hours after finding out his father had been diagnosed with cancer.

Live from the KSL 5 TV studios, coach Dave Rose began his weekly coach's show with a full recap of last week's games. Last week BYU defeated Utah State 70-68 and fell to Saint Mary's 64-57 on the road. 

"I think our win at home definitely gave us some momentum going into that Saint Mary's game. We couldn't quite get it done but we'll be looking forward to another oppourtunity to play them, hopefully, in the conference tournament."

After hitting the game-winning buzzer beater in BYU's 70-68 victory over Utah State, BYU senior Craig Cusick was featured on ESPN's SportsCenter. Cusick talked about what the shot meant for him personally after finding out earlier that day his father had cancer.

Cusick has moved himself into a starting position, getting nine starts this season, and is averaging 4.2 points per game after walking onto the team three years ago as a practice player, meaning he wasn't listed on the official roster.

Senior Brandon Davies was recently featured on BYUtv's True Blue. See the video below. 

Davies has become one of BYU's most successful big men. He is BYU's most recent addition to the 1,000-point club with 1,539 career points to place him 12th all-time and is also 12th all-time on BYU's career double-double list with 21. His career rebounds of 768 place him 11th on the all-time list.

Video: Hutchins and Minson jersey retirement

BYU legends Mel Hutchins and Roland Minson joined Danny Ainge and Kresimir Cosic as the only BYU men’s basketball players to have their jerseys retired during halftime of Saturday’s 86-72 win over Portland.

BYUtv highlighted the 1951 NIT National Championship team, of which Hutchins and Minson were members, with a video tribute. 

The halftime ceremony was aired live on BYUtv and included remarks from the two former players, a letter from Elder Jeffery R. Holland and words from athletic director Tom Holmoe.

BYU head coach Dave Rose began his weekly radio show with a recap of last week's one-game week and how the team made it work in their favor to get an 86-74 win on Saturday against Portland.

Live from the KSL 5 TV studios, head coach Dave Rose kicked off his weekly show with a full recap of last week's action against Portland. The Cougars had just one game last week, on Saturday, against Portland in the Marriott Center. BYU won 86-72.
