For most of the NCAA's women's soccer teams, conference tournament time has begun. Here's how our non-conference opponents fared in their conference seasons and what they are looking at heading into the final week of the season.

Cal State Fullerton (8-6-5, 3-3-2) snuck into the Big West tournament even though they lost in their final game. The Titans enter as the fourth seed and take on No. 1 seed Cal Poly on Thursday in the semifinals at home.

Watch BYUtv's feature on Ashley Hatch from this past week. Hatch scored the game winner against No. 6 Portland a week ago and assisted on Marissa Nimmer's game winner against San Diego on Friday night at South Field.

The freshman forward from Gilbert, Ariz., has four goals and five assists so far this season.

Hunt and Owens receive weekly awards after Portland and Gonzaga wins

Sophomore defender Paige Hunt and senior goalkeeper Erica Owens were given weekly awards by two different websites this week after the No. 20 BYU women's soccer team defeated Gonzaga and then-No. 6 Portland 1-0 last week.

Hunt was named a Primetime Performer by collegesoccer360.com for her defensive effort and her assist on the game winning goal against Portland.

Ella Johnson's goal makes WCC Top Plays

Freshman defender Ella Johnson's second goal of the seasson came on a header off a Marissa Nimmer corner kick in BYU's 2-0 win over Loyola Marymount on Saturday. It came in at No. 5 on the West Coast Conference's Top Plays from the past week.

Several Cougars make top 100 ranking

TopDrawerSoccer.com put out its top 100 player rankings on Thursday and four players made the list. The top 100 players include senior midfielder Cloee Colohan at No. 55 and senior goalkeeper Erica Owens at No. 89.

With West Coast Conference play beginning this week for the Cougars, here's an update of how the other conference members did in their nonconference schedules and what BYU will have to go through to defend last year's championship. Records are nonconference only and don't include the early slate of conference games from the weekend.
