Playing Season

During the playing season sports are limited to 20 hours of athletically related activities per week, with no more than 4 hours per day. Out of season, during the academic year a sport is limited to 8 hours per week. Coaches are not permitted to require or coerce an athlete into voluntary practices or workouts.

The following chart outlines the playing and practice seasons permissible in each sport.
