OKLAHOMA TICKET REQUEST DEADLINE—APRIL 29
BYU will open the 2009 football season on Sept. 5 against Oklahoma in a historic game being played at the Dallas Cowboys’ new stadium in Arlington, Texas. As two of only seven NCAA teams to win 10 or more games each of the last three seasons, the Cougars and Sooners will be featured in the first college game played in the new arena. Game time has not yet been determined.
Ticket requests can be made by calling the Marriott Center Ticket Office at 801-422-BYU1 or 1-800-322-BYU1. On-line orders are not available. The deadline to request tickets is April 29, 2009, and there are no limits to the number of tickets that may be requested in a single order.
Submitting a request, however, does not guarantee receiving tickets for the game. Cougar Club members will be given priority purchasing opportunities, with ticket availability and location based on membership level.
Tickets are available in four categories with prices ranging from $51.75 to $153.75. To see the BYU areas of the stadium, click on this link http://home.byu.edu/webapp/byutickets/content/page/awayfb/fb_oklahoma.html All patrons, age 1 and older, will need a ticket. With the game being played at a neutral site, the Dallas Cowboys have determined the pricing for this event.
