- Four-year letterwinner at Aloha High School under head coach Kellie Scholl
- Five-time Athlete of the Month
- Earned the Coachs Award in 2006 and 2007
- Won the Matthew OConnor Award
- Earned the Jerry Pflug Award for athletic leadership, achievement, and commitment
- Most Outstanding Female Athlete in 2009
- Second team All-Metro hitter/blocker 2006, first team 2008
- Kuik Player of the Week 2009
- 6A All-State Honorable Mention 2008
- Also lettered in basketball all four years: honorable mention All-Metro 2008, first team All-Metro 2009
- Consistently hit around a .600 kill ration, with no fewer than 14 kills in a single game with the most being 28 (2008)
- Hit .700 with 24 kills in one match
PERSONAL:
- Parents are Brent and Kris Boswell
- Has two brothers and one sister
- Older brother Michael played on the BYU basketball team
- Loves the Harry Potter series, beef stroganoff and classical music
- Has played the piano for 10 years, loves to crochet, knit, and draw deluxe stick figures
- Chemistry education major
- Her hero is her mother because she puts her whole heart and soul into everything she does
- In high school she was National AP Scholar with Distinction
- Ranked second in a class of over 500 students with a final GPA of 4.415
