Tryouts for BYU baseball will be Monday, September 11th at 1:30 p.m., at Larry H. Miller Field.
Anyone wanting to tryout must fill out the required paperwork and attend a mandatory meeting on Monday, September 11th, 1 p.m., at Miller Park. Wristbands will be checked at this meeting and tryout logistics will be reviewed.
Tryout participants should be dressed in baseball pants and bring their own equipment (glove/bat). Participants must wear turf shoes. No spikes allowed during tryouts.
Those students trying out must bring proof of a physical exam that was done within the last three months to Candace in 123 SAB before Friday September 8th. Candace will verify the full time student status at BYU and that they have their own personal health insurance. She will have them fill out a tryout form before giving them a wristband showing that they are cleared to participate in the tryout.
All paperwork (compliance, call 801-422-2047/medical, etc) must be turned in to the secretary in 220 SAB by Friday, September 8th. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AND THIS IS THE ONLY TRYOUT DATE.
