RYKER MATHEWS

SOPHOMORE - OFFENSIVE LINE

  • Started all 13 games of freshman season at left tackle
  • Helped BYU average over 150 yards on the ground and almost 250 thorugh the air
  • Tied for the team lead in pancake blocks in 2013
  • Helped the Cougar offense to highest rushing total during the Brono Mendenhall Era (396 vs. Hawai'i) and most since 2001
  • Protected the quarterback in five 300-yard passing games during 2012
  • Versatile, athletic lineman that can play multiple positions if necessay

SENIOR - DEFENSIVE LINEMAN

  • Started first four games of 2012 before knee injury
  • Recorded 11 tackles in four games
  • Of 11 total tackles, four went for a loss with two sacks
  • Has started 38 games in career as a four-year starter, including starts at nose tackle and defensive end

SPENCER HADLEY

SENIOR - LINEBACKER

  • 2013 Butkus Award watch list candidate
  • Started all 13 games at outside linebacker in 2012 after switching from inside linebacker
  • Totaled 55 tackles (fifth on the team)
  • Fourth on team with 9.0 tackles for loss
  • Tallied 3.5 sacks, forced a fumble and had two fumble recoveries, one going for a touchdown

BRONSON KAUFUSI
