Why did I choose to play football over other sports: A love for the game.

Before a football game, I: Can't eat, so I eat what I can, listen to music and be as focused on the game as I can, and I try to control my emotions.

How did I spend my off-season: With Coach Omer and the team. The time left over was spent at Bear Lake and other get-away spots with my wife.

Who is the best player I've ever faced: Mike Williams, USC.

The dirtiest team I've ever played is: Air Force Academy.

What would I like to do sometime in my life: Go on a honeymoon.

One place I would like to visit: New Zealand.

If I could play another position, what would it be: Running Back.

Who has had the greatest influence on my football career and why: My pops because of all the time he spent with me off the field, helping me have a great job and a great family.

What do I want to be doing 20 years from now: Have a great job, a great family and enjoy life to the fullest.

How did I select my jersey number: I wanted #2 when I was at Dixie State, but it was retired (Corey Dillon's jersey number) #1 sounded good, I loved it then and I love it now.

What is my favorite hobby or activity away from football: Any other sports: baseball, basketball. I love athletics, anything that is a challenge and fun to play.

What is the best book I've ever read: Scorpions.

People say I look like: Buzz Lightyear.

My favorite professor or most interesting class I've taken at BYU: Rich Long, public relations professor.

What is my most memorable athletic achievement or moment: Achievement would be being awarded as a Q Time JC All-American. My moment would be playing in my first Division I game and hopefully this year winning the MWC and winning the bowl game.

If I had to give up all of my possessions except one, what would be the one thing I kept and why: My wife and family, that's all I need.

My advice to youngsters: Never stop working to accomplish your goals and dreams. Be dedicated and committed in everything you do in your life. Have no regrets.

Interesting fact most people don't know about me: I was born with six toes, and no I don't have six toes still. Everyone asks me if I still have it.

If I were on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, the person I'd call for my lifeline is and why: My wife, she always tells me how smart she is, so it would be a great time to test her smarts.

If I could invite any three people to dinner who would they be: President Hinckley, Ken Griffey Jr., and Ronnie Lott.

On game day my friends and relatives: My family and wife's family all go to the game. They all get just as nervous or more nervous than me.
