BYU received numerous national honors after its 40-21 win over No. 15/16 Texas on Saturday, including the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl National Team of the Week.

Four different players garnered attention nationally for their performances.

Sophomore quarterback Taysom Hill rushed for a career-high 259 yards and three touchdowns to help the Cougars top the Longhorns. Senior kicker Justin Sorensen also helped add to the score as he went a perfect 4 for 4 in both field goals and PATs.

Running back Jamaal Williams set his new career high with 182 rushing yards. The sophomore is currently ranked No. 2 in the country in total rushing yards for the season.

Defensively, junior Alani Fua tallied seven tackles (five solo), 2.0 sacks and 2.0 tackles for loss in the victory.
