Why did I choose to play football over other sports:Once I got into high school, I just started having more success in football than in other sports.

Who is the best player I've ever faced:Either DeShaun Foster, Trung Canidate or Mike Williams.

The dirtiest team I've ever played is:Utah or the Air Force Academy.

What would I like to do sometime in my life:Serve a mission with my wife.

One place I would like to visit:Spain, because that is where my ancestors are from.

If I could play another position, what would it be:Quarterback.

Who has had the greatest influence on my football career and why:My family and my high school coach. My high school coach never got off my back. When I was younger I always wanted to be like my older brother, who played football.

What do I want to be doing 20 years from now:Coaching college football.

How did I select my jersey number:I was #8 all through high school and at Washington but just decided I needed a change.

What is my favorite hobby or activity away from football:Watching sports and hangin out with friends.

What is the best book I've ever read:Where the Red Fern Grows when I was a kid.

What is my most memorable athletic achievement or moment:Beating Utah in 2001 and winning the National Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition.

My advice to youngsters:Good things come to those who work hard.

Interesting fact most people don't know about me:I kicked a 53-yard field goal in high school and had 41 interceptions.

If I were on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," the person I'd call for my lifeline is and why:My mother, she seems to know a lot more than I do.

If I could invite any three people to dinner, who would they be:Abraham Lincoln, Pres. Hinckley, and Brandon Heaney.

On game day my friends and relatives:My mom comes to every game no matter where it is, my dad comes whenever possible, Aunt and Uncle come to all the home games and my brother and sister come once or twice a year. They sit in the parking lot three hours before every game and tailgate.
