How has BYU fared in the Mountain West Conference since its inception in 1999?
The women’s swimming and diving team has won five out of seven of the last MWC titles, finishing second the past two years. They finished the 2005-06 season with nine conference champions, one second-team All-American and one MWC Swimmer of the Week. Coach Stan Crump was honored as the 2002 MWC Women's Coach of the Year.

The men’s swimming and diving team have won five of the last seven MWC titles, finishing second the past two years. They finished the 2005-06 season with three conference champions, three records broken, one All-American swimmer, seven Academic All-Americans and four MWC Swimmer/Diver of the Week honors.

How has BYU fared nationally?
The women's team was represented at Nationals in 2006 by Angela Goodson in the 100 fly and 200 IM and Jamie Bloom in the 100 breast. Goodson finished 14th overall in the 100 fly, placing BYU 45th Nationally. Previously, the Cougars participated in Nationals in 2000 and 1999, finishing with 29th and 40th rankings. The Cougars have earned 50 All-America honors since 1977.

The men's team earned eight All-America citations for the 2005-06 season and tied for 41st at Nationals. Brett Allen was the solo swimmer at Nationals in 2006 finishing 12th in the 50 free. In 2001, the Cougars were first in academics and have earned 36 All-America honors since 1968.

How can I buy tickets?
Generally there is not a charge for regular-season swim meets.

How do I get to the meet, and where can I park?
Swim meets are held in the Richards Building, just north of the Smith Fieldhouse, approximately 1100 north 150 east in Provo. Limited parking is available near the RB, or in the lot west of the practice fields.
