A: The thought of being better than I am now.

A: I've been to jail.

A: Go to the NCAAs

A: Completing my mission

A: Graduated from chiropractic school and having a family.

A: High school friend told me to join so I did.

A: I'm more at home in water than on land.

A: Training for swimming in Washington.

A: Sleep, see movies, read, hang with friends

A: Powers: His intensity and experience and winning mentality.

Favorite Coach quote: Powers every Wednesday: "You've done such a great job this morning, take the rest of the day off." (Wednesday we never have afternoon workout.)
