PROVO, Utah - With the 2014 season winding down, BYU gymnastics will honor the seniors in its last dual meet at home as it hosts Washington Friday night.

2014 spring football begins

PROVO, Utah - BYU kicked off spring football practices Monday as old and new players regrouped at the SAB practice fields.

"I thought our team worked hard today," BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall said. "We're certainly starting from a different place offensively than a year ago in terms of how much they know about the new system. We have more depth at defensive line than what we've had in quite some time, and we also look more athletic at corner than we have in a while."

Hamson garners league’s top two major awards

Hamson named WCC Player and Defensive Player of the Year, Eaton and Hamson First Team, Beeston and Bailey Honorable Mention 

SAN BRUNO, Calif. –  The West Coast Conference announced its 2013-14 league awards today with BYU’s Jennifer Hamson receiving both the Player of the Year and the Defensive Player of the Year awards.

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced its 2013-14 men’s basketball awards today and BYU junior guard Tyler Haws has been named the Player of the Year.

Manuma wins her second WCC Player of the Week

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Katie Manuma was named West Coast Conference Player of the Week for the second time in three weeks.

In a rain-shortened week, Manuma went 3-for-7 including two home runs and four RBIs against No. 2 Tennessee. Her first home run gave the Cougars a 3-0 lead against the previously unbeaten Lady Volunteers and her second made it 5-3 in the top of the seventh. This is the second weekly award for Manuma this year and third of her career.

BYU closed out the regular season with a victory at San Diego on Saturday.
