SEATTLE—The No. 23 BYU women’s basketball team pulled off its first win in a three-game road series Wednesday night, taking out Seattle University in a 69-55 non-conference contest at the Connolly Center.

The victory pushed the Cougars’ win streak to eight games.

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Brock Zylstra hit a 3-pointer with 26.5 seconds left and Noah Hartsock and Brandon Davies combined for 39 points to lead the BYU men’s basketball team to a narrow 70-68 road victory over the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Jan. 25, 2012 – Coming off its first victory of the season over Southern Utah University, the BYU women’s gymnastics team (1-1) is eager to compete in this season’s Deseret First Duel against the No. 3 ranked University of Utah (1-1). The meet will take place Friday at 7 p.m. at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City.
