Chelsea Nitta worked for two seasons as the BYU women's volleyball team manager from 2008-2010. After graduating from BYU in exercise science, she interned with the USA Women's National Volleyball team and worked on the staff for a professional volleyball team in Vienna, Austria. Nitta played four years of volleyball at Centennial High School in Las Vegas. She was named team captain and defensive MVP her senior year. The valedictorian of her graduating class, Nitta also lettered in softball and track. After completing her master's degree at BYU, she plans to attend physician assistant school. She enjoys snowboarding, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
