Jordan Cameron sat out the 2006-07 as a redshirt. He is an athletic player known for his toughness and aggressive style of play. The McDonald's High School All-America nominee averaged 21.1 points per game as a senior at Newbury Park High School in California, earning Ventura County MVP honors and first-team all-state recognition. On June 12, 2007 he announced he will transfer to USC to play football.
Cameron joined the Cougars as a freshman in 2006-07, sitting out the season as a redshirt.
