Junior third baseman Brandon Taylor is under consideration for national student-athlete of the month for April in a poll being taken by College Sports Television. Fans can vote for Taylor via the following link:

Taylor has twice been selected at national player of the week by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association and by Collegiate Baseball magazine. He hit for the cycle twice in April to tie an NCAA record.
This award was won by BYU volleyball player Jonathan Alleman in February 2004.
