Madie Gates
Volunteer Coach


Madie Gates will begin her second season as a volunteer assistant in 2021.

Gates played in 74 games over four seasons for BYU totaling more than 2802 minutes. She recorded six goals, three assists, and 79 shots. Gates played her high school soccer at Sky View High School and her club soccer for La Roca FC.

Gates worked with the team as a mental strength coach in 2019 and started as the volunteer assistant in 2020. She is also currently the girls director of coaching for Utah Celtic FC and works for Doctor Manning’s company, The Fearless Mind.

Gates graduated from BYU with a degree in family studies with minors in psychology and business. She married former BYU baseball player Riley Gates in 2018 and has a baby boy.
